Pictures

When my grandmother, wife of Jacob Meyer Kinnoin, moved out of the home she had lived in for almost 50 years, we came across a photo album of old pictures.  The cover was a Native American painted on a piece of leather that says "Stanley, ND" (see picture) which is where F.W & Louise (Muus) Kinnoin lived, and where my grandfather grew up.  The pages are made of black scrapbook paper, and somebody spent hours pasting pictures in. Who took all the pictures?  Who put the scrap book together?  And just who are all these people in these pictures?
I have no idea what years the pictures were taken in, but the book seems to be put together in mostly chronological order.  I am scanning and numbering the pictures in the order they are in the book.  I'm guessing that the pictures start sometime in the late 1910s.  Other then that, the rest is up to guessing.  My guess is that there are many aunts, uncles, and cousins in the pictures, as well as friends and neighbors that lived in Stanley. I do know that at least a few are from my grandmother's side of the family (Dahms) and are not Muus or Kinnoin relatives.
Here is where you all come in.  I need your help identifying the people and places in the pictures.  I have numbered the pictures so that you can easily tell me the ones you know.  If you know the identity of anyone (even an educated guess) or any of the locations, please email me with the pictures number and details.
